Investment firms sometimes have the difficult task of updating a large number of price files in an Axys system. The process involves opening and altering each price file individually, which can lead to numerous errors. The XPrice utility has been created to assist firms in this process.

XPrice can help with updating:

• Prior day's prices or historical prices from Yahoo - entire file or just missing prices
• A range of missing prices from Yahoo
• Index values from Yahoo - both single date and a date range
• Daily index values from Russell

XPrice has the ability to update Axys price files, and also compare Axys prices to those found on Yahoo making it an excellence compliance tool. Users have the ability to review all prices to be imported before the import happens. The utility can create a backup of your current price files before the import process.
